Life Systemic demonstration plot in Leskova dolina, Slovenia was presented to the Head of the LIFE Programme, Angelo Salsi. This is one of the 30 demonstration sites that are located in Slovenia, Italy and Croatia and is used to investigate the relationship between forest management and genetic diversity to identify silvicultural systems useful for maintaining high levels of genetic diversity. Representatives of Slovenia Forest Service and Slovenian Forestry Institute were present on site.
